January Theme - Woodland Magic
Here's the update you've all been waiting for! The theme for the December instalment of the monthly subscription box is Woodland Magic, and I can't wait to share with you what's inside. Plus, there's an exciting little update too!
The woodland theme was the runner up on the Instagram story polls back when I was establishing the first themed box (Plant Lover), so I thought it would be nice to use it as it was very popular, even if it didn't win initially. This box will be full to bursting with mushrooms and magic goodness - perfect for anyone who loves to spend some time with nature.
The image above is a little collage inspired by the theme. It'll hopefully help you get the general vibe of the box, as well as introducing some of the colour palettes you can expect to find inside. Read on if you want some more detailed descriptions... And for some exciting news!

After taking on board feedback from both existing subscribers and prospective ones, I have decided to release a new tier of subscription box which is smaller and more affordable. It'll be £10 a month (plus £2 postage), and you'll get the "big" pair of earrings from the larger box, and a smaller extra (as well as the odd gift, freebie or discount code!).
Hopefully this will make it easier for people to get their hands on the exclusive Emily C Designs products that they love, without breaking the bank! As usual, there will still be the opportunity to buy a one-off box without subscribing but for a slightly higher cost.
I hope to bring in more tiers in the future so that the subscription service becomes more and more flexible, but this is a good place to start. For now, all the tiers will be named after flowers, with the smaller one being the Daisy Tier and the larger, the Peony Tier.

Daisy Tier: The Woodland Magic box will contain a pair of exclusive earrings made as part of a woodland themed slab. Think acorns, leaves, flowers, and a touch of magic! It will also contain an exclusive mushroom waterproof vinyl sticker, perfect for sticking to laptops, water bottles, notebooks and more.
Peony Tier: The bigger Woodland Magic box will contain a pair of mushroom mini hearts with a similar kind of style to the ones released in the cottagecore drop of March 2021 - they were a favourite! Of course, they'll be updated and just for this box. It will also contain the woodland slab earrings from the Daisy tier. Furthermore, this box will have a woodland themed vinyl sticker pack with five magical designs involving woodland creatures and nature, and including the mushroom design from the Daisy tier.
The contents of the subscription box are always exclusive, so you can be sure that only the coolest of people will own these products! 🤠
